Description: A wonderful workshop that can be developed into a series of sessions. Children work in 3's to explore programming elements including algorithms, repetition and variables through the Intelino Smart Train system. Programming can be inputted through action snap tiles, an app-based command editor or through the Intelino Scratch editor. Audience: Year 1 to Year 6 |
Description: A inspiring way to bring in cross-curricular learning between Computing and History. Children can film an Ancient History documentary or float in zero gravity using green screen. They can create a stop motion animation of The Great War or use AR apps to meet figures from the Stone Age, launch Neil Armstrong into space or explore an Egyptian sarcophagus! Audience: Reception to Year 6 |
Description: This workshop, which can be adapted to each year group is a perfect way to recognise Safer Internet Day in your school. Children will use a range of resources to help them understand important online risks such as Cyber bullying, Privacy & Security, Misinformation and Phishing scams. Audience: Reception to Year 6 |
